Terms & Conditions – Owenova Travel

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Owenova Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making an enquiry or booking through us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About Us

Owenova Travel is an independent travel agent based in North Wales, United Kingdom.

We operate in partnership with a host agency (Archer Travel), through which bookings and travel services are facilitated.

We act as an intermediary between you and the travel suppliers.

2. Booking Process

All bookings are made through third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to:

  • Airlines
  • Hotels
  • Tour operators
  • Transport providers


When you make a booking, you are entering into a written legally binding contract with the relevant travel supplier, not directly with Owenova Travel.


We will assist in arranging your booking and provide support throughout the whole process.

3. Prices and Availability

  • All prices are subject to availability and may change at any time before   booking is confirmed.
  • Prices are not guaranteed until a booking is secured and confirmed.
  • We are not responsible for price changes made by suppliers.

4. Payments

  • Payments are processed through the relevant travel supplier or authorised payment provider.
  • Full payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.
  • Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of your booking.


We do not store or process payment details unless explicitly stated by the client.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and amendment policies are set by the travel supplier.

  • Cancellation fees may apply
  • Changes to bookings may incur additional costs
  • Refunds are subject to supplier terms and conditions


We will assist you in managing any changes or cancellations where reasonably possible.

6. Travel Documents and Information

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • All passport and visa requirements are met
  • Passport validity meets destination requirements
  • You have the correct travel documentation


We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or missing documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

We are not responsible for any losses incurred if adequate insurance is not in place.

8. Health and Safety

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you are medically fit to travel
  • Checking any vaccination or health requirements for your destination


We are not responsible for any health-related issues during travel.

9. Liability

Owenova Travel acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:

  • The performance, acts, or omissions of travel suppliers
  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond our control
  • Injury, loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred during your trip


Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.


Any issues relating to the travel service should be raised with the relevant supplier.

10. Complaints

If you experience an issue during your trip:

  • You should report it immediately to the travel supplier or service provider
  • We will assist where possible in resolving the issue


Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after your return ( usually within 30 days )

11. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Website Use

  • Information on our website is provided for general guidance only
  • We do not guarantee that all content is always accurate or up to date
  • We reserve the right to make changes at any time

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, or Scotland, as applicable.
