Hi, my name’s Owen Davies. I’m an independent travel agent based in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales, with a strong passion for travel. I operate independently rather than from a traditional high-street travel agency, allowing me to offer a more flexible, personalised service without the need for walk-in premises. I offer travel consultations in two ways: via phone call or Zoom, or if you’re local to Rhos-on-Sea, we can arrange to meet locally for a relaxed, face-to-face consultation at your convenience.

1. How does the booking process work?
It starts by filling out all the relevant information on the contact enquiry form on this website by clicking the contact us button, followed by a scheduled consultation about where you’d like to go, your dates, the number of people (adults/children), your preferences, and your budget. I then research and present tailored options designed around your preferences.
Once you’re happy, I confirm your booking and manage everything from the start all the way through to departure, providing support and guidance every step of the way.
2. Can you arrange group travel or multi-destination trips?
Absolutely – I specialise in both group travel and multi-destination trips. Whether you’re planning an iconic, nightlife-filled getaway with a group of friends, a relaxed family holiday abroad, a unique curated escape, or a trip across multiple cities or countries, I’ll carefully coordinate every detail to ensure everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Yes. Most trips can be secured with a deposit, with the remaining balance paid in monthly instalments. The full balance must be paid at least one week before departure. Payment deadlines will always be clearly outlined when the booking is confirmed, making it simple and manageable to budget for your trip.
4. Do you charge more than booking directly online?
No. in most cases, my prices are the same as booking online directly, or at times I can even get access to exclusive prices or added value through my trusted travel partners. More importantly, you benefit from personalised advice, expert planning, and ongoing support all at no extra cost to you.
5. Are travel bookings financially protected?
While I personally manage every booking made with me from start to finish – All payments and bookings are processed on an online system by Archer Travel (UK) Ltd, which is the well-established and reputable travel group I am associated with. All flight-inclusive package holidays are ATOL protected, and Archer Travel (UK) Ltd holds ABTA number P8715. They are responsible for processing payments and maintaining ABTA membership and financial protection.
Owenova Travel never takes client funds directly or stores funds in a business account. This means your money is protected and your travel arrangements are secure, giving you complete peace of mind when booking with me.
6. Can you organise extras like private transfers, excursions, or travel insurance?
Yes, I can arrange all added extras that will enhance your trip, including private airport transfers, excursions, activities, and travel insurance. Everything can be organised seamlessly as part of your booking, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.
7. Can you book flights or accommodation only?
Yes, I can arrange flights-only or accommodation-only bookings. Whether you require a standalone service or a complete holiday package, I’ll ensure everything is arranged smoothly and securely.
